You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity occurring under your account. You must promptly notify us at support@connectwithgodways.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or otherwise compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the Service in a harmful, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or inappropriate way.

By using the Service and clicking acceptance to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you consent to receive records, notices, disclosures, and communications electronically. You agree that electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

We may maintain records of your acceptance, including the applicable version of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, the date and time of acceptance, and related account or device identifiers as reasonably necessary for compliance and recordkeeping.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your information.

6. User Content
