If you would like to request deletion of your Connect With God account and associated personal data, you may do so at any time.

Option 1 - Delete Your Account in the App

You can request account deletion directly inside the Connect With God app by going to your profile or account settings and selecting the account deletion option.

Option 2 - Request Deletion Through This Page

If you no longer have access to the app, you may request deletion by contacting us at:

support@connectwithgodways.com

Please include the following information in your request so we can verify your identity and process your request:

  • Full name

  • Email address or phone number linked to the account

  • A short statement that you are requesting account deletion

Request Account Deletion on Connect with God

When your request is verified and processed, we will delete your Connect With God account and associated personal data, including applicable connected data related to integrated Connect With God services.

Where technically and legally feasible, this process will also trigger deletion of applicable user data associated with connected PrayerPlatform-related functionality linked to your account.

Limited Retention

In some cases, we may retain limited information for a reasonable period where necessary for:

  • Security

  • Fraud prevention

  • Abuse prevention

  • Legal compliance

  • Enforcement of our Terms

  • Backup and system integrity processes



Any retained information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests promptly, and in most cases within 30 days.
